Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- unused and unworn
- in pristine condition
- in original packaging
Returns that do not meet these standards may not be accepted.
Return Address
Depending on your location, returns may be processed at one of our facilities:
- Moldova (primary return hub)
- Switzerland (EU returns handling)
The exact return address will be provided after your request is approved.

- Original standard shipping cost is refundable (EU law)
